Oolong Tea FAQs

Oolong tea is a class of Chinese teas that are semi-fermented (that is, neither unfermented green teas nor fully fermented black teas but somewhere in between).

Most of tea consumers outsite of China are more familiar with either green or black teas. Oolong teas however are much appreciated in China as they have both green teas' refreshing taste and black teas' smooth texture and full body aroma.
